About Andy
I understand how challenging it can be to start getting active, especially when motivation feels out of reach. A few years ago, I was overweight, unfit, and unsure where to begin. Then I discovered Sport Walking and decided to take it one step at a time. Each walk helped me rebuild my stamina, strengthen my mindset, and reconnect with my body. Over time, those small steps led me to achieve something I once thought impossible, completing the Jurassic Coast Ultra 100 kilometres.
The Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge completely transformed my life and taught me the power of consistency and self belief. It inspired me to qualify as a licensed Sport Walk trainer so I can help others experience the same transformation through programmes that make walking and fitness accessible, enjoyable and life changing
