Join WalkMore with Andy, a licensed Sport Walk trainer, and discover how walking can help you feel better, move more and enjoy being active again. Our sessions are designed for adults who want a supportive, outdoor way to improve fitness without the pressure of a gym. Start with a friendly 6-week course or join our walking community, a friendly step towards fitness.
A friendly step towards fitness
WalkMore offers official Sport Walk programmes, delivered under licence, in Fareham and surrounding areas.
Whether you are new to fitness walking or looking for a greater challenge, there’s a course for you.

Get Fit Walking – £60 (special offer)
6-week course · 1 hour per week. Normally £80, currently available at £60.
Designed for beginners or those returning to exercise. Learn simple techniques to make your walking more effective and enjoyable while building confidence in a friendly group setting.
Get Sport Walking – £100 (reduced from £125)
6 sessions, with a combination of online and in person For those who are already active or who have completed Get Fit Walking and are ready for the next step. Explore trails, add challenge and discover the adventure side of Sport Walking. This course will support the online delivery of Get Sport Walking from Sport Walk.


Walkshops – £10 each or included with WalkMore Club
Guided trail walks designed to put Sport Walking techniques into practice. Walk, learn and share experiences with others in real walking environments. Available individually at £10 or through the WalkMore Club. (see below)
WalkMore Community – £12/month
Subscription includes up to 4 Walkshops each month plus access to a private Facebook group for ongoing support, encouragement and achieving personal goals.


1-to-1 Coaching – £50 per month with minimum 3-months.
Tailored support for those who prefer a personal approach. Suitable for both beginners and advanced walkers preparing for events or achieving personal goals.
