Join WalkMore with Andy, a licensed Sport Walk trainer, and discover how walking can help you feel better, move more and enjoy being active again. Our sessions are designed for adults who want a supportive, outdoor way to improve fitness without the pressure of a gym. Start with a friendly 6-week course or join our walking community, a friendly step towards fitness.

6 sessions, with a combination of online and in person For those who are already active or who have completed Get Fit Walking and are ready for the next step. Explore trails, add challenge and discover the adventure side of Sport Walking. This course will support the online delivery of Get Sport Walking from Sport Walk.

Subscription includes up to 4 Walkshops each month plus access to a private Facebook group for ongoing support, encouragement and achieving personal goals.
